Federal Judge blocks proposed H-2B Rules

On April 23, the National Hispanic Landscape Alliance and others, filed a suit against the Department of Labor to stop the proposed changes to the H-2B visa program from going into effect. On April 27, 2012, Federal Judge Casey Rodgers issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting the Department of Labor from enforcing the new H-2B regulations.
