“Through this program I’m looking forward to growing the strong, assertive, and self-assured Latina Leader that’s within me, and developing the skills to mobilize others and maximize the good we can do in our community. My aim is to demonstrate that we, as a community, are a powerhouse and highlight our many contributions to this country, ” said Medrano.

We are delighted by her selection as a fellow by The Latino Leadership Institute and look forward to her continued service as an NHLA Director,” said Ralph Egües, Executive Director of the National Hispanic Landscape Alliance. “Her selection is not only important for her personally, but also for the industry as it helps to underscore the significant opportunities available for leadership and business success.”

The program will also provide Medrano with the opportunity to expand her network, sharing knowledge and experiences with other corporate executives, public officials, small business owners and non-profit leaders.
